1. The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Toyota Ireland with registered office at Killeen Road, Dublin 12.
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms Inc., or ByteDance Ltd.
2. Competition Overview
The competition will take place via Toyota Ireland’s official Instagram and TikTok channels on Thursday 19 to Friday 20 February 2026.
The competition will open at 12:00pm on Thursday 19 February and close at 12:00pm on Friday 20 February 2026.
There will be two winners.
Each winner will receive:
Two (2) guestlist admission tickets to the December 10 concert at The Academy, Dublin 1 on 22 February 2026 @ 1pm.
Access to a meet and greet with December 10 in the Academy Green Room.
No cash alternative is available.
3. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland only.
Entrants must have a valid Instagram or TikTok account and must be contactable via direct message on the platform used to enter.
Entrants must be aged 14 years or over on the date of entry.
The December 10 show is strictly Over 14s only.
Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, partners, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and/or identity.
4. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must:
Follow @toyota_ireland on Instagram or TikTok.
Like the competition post
Tag a friend they would like to go with in the comments section of the competition post before 12:00pm on Friday 20th 2026.
Multiple entries from the same participant are permitted but are capped at 5.
Entries received after 12:00pm on Friday 20th February 2026 will not be accepted.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Winner Selection & Verification
Two winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries that correctly enters the competition.
The draw will take place shortly after the competition closing time.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform used to enter.
The winner will be required to provide their full name, contact number, and email address for prize fulfilment.
Once the winner has responded and verified their eligibility, the tickets will be available at the venue.
The winner will be required to provide proof of age via photo ID at the show venue.
If the winner is under 18, a parent or guardian may be required to complete a consent form before the prize is issued.
If the selected winner does not respond before 5:00pm on Friday 20th, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining correct entries.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.
Travel and any additional expenses are not included.
The winner must be available to attend the event on Sunday 22 February 2026 at 1pm.
The Promoter will not substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
7. Social Media & Publicity
By entering, participants acknowledge that:
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.
This may include photography and video content for use on Toyota Ireland’s social media channels and digital platforms.
The winner grants the Promoter a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use their name and image for promotional purposes in connection with this competition.
If the winner is under 18, parental/guardian written consent will be required before any content is published.
Failure to provide required consent may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner.

Any personal data submitted will be processed in accordance with:

Participants release Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility related to this competition.
11. General
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind, including but not limited to network, server, platform, computer hardware or software failure.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.
Incomplete, delayed, or invalid participation will not be accepted.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The competition and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
