The no-cost maintenance plan, included with every new Toyota passenger vehicle.

When you buy a new Toyota, you get our Toyota 3 Year Service Care Pack as standard, which includes 3 Years Warranty, 3 Years Servicing and 3 Years Roadside Assistance.

3 Year Warranty

All new Toyota’s come with a 3 year or 100,000km comprehensive warranty and a standard five-year or 100,000km warranty for Hybrid parts. The Hybrid battery warranty can be renewed annually for up to 15 years from the date of registration, by completing a Hybrid Health Check.

On successful completion of the Hybrid Health Check, the battery will benefit from a further one year’s (or 15,000km) Hybrid Battery Extended Care cover.

The Hybrid Health Check (HHC) is included with any Hybrid Service.

3 Year Servicing

Toyota 3 Year Service Care Pack gives you 3 years servicing with your new Toyota passenger vehicle. Not only will it offer you greater convenience, it can save you money too. 

Nobody is better qualified to service your Toyota car than Toyota trained mechanics. As well as having the best people looking after your vehicle, only Toyota Genuine Parts will be fitted. This means that each part will fit perfectly and meet the high quality standards of your vehicle. The customer’s entitlement to the services ends, whichever is applicable, either three years or after 45,000km’s*(c) of driving on the vehicle, whichever comes first.

1) First Service

During the first service our experienced Toyota Mechanics replace the engine oil and oil filter of your vehicle and conduct a thorough Health and Safety check according to Toyota schedule. This will cover the braking system, steering system, lighting and tyres whilst topping up the under-bonnets levels as necessary. 

Your vehicle will receive a free wash and vac afterwards and a vehicle health check report.

2) Second Service

During the second service our experienced Toyota Mechanics conduct a full Health and Safety Service according to Toyota schedule. 

The engine oil and oil filter are replaced if required. The brake fluid is changed and the cabin filter is replaced with this service. 

Your vehicle will also receive a free wash and vac afterwards and a vehicle health check report.

3) Third Service

During the third service our experienced Toyota Mechanics replace the engine oil and oil filter of your vehicle and conduct a thorough Health and Safety check according to Toyota schedule. This will cover the braking system, steering system, lighting and tyres whilst topping up the under-bonnets levels as necessary. 

Your vehicle will receive a free wash and vac afterwards and a vehicle health check report.

3 Year Roadside Assistance

All new Toyota passenger cars come with 3 years roadside assistance. Toyota Eurocare is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, providing you with total peace of mind, at home or in Europe.

Services
Use Toyota Eurocare in case of:

  • Mechanical breakdown
  • No fuel or wrong fuel
  • Flat battery
  • Flat tyre
  • Keys lost or locked in
Rescue
In the unlikely event that your vehicle has a breakdown or accident rendering it immobile, Toyota Eurocare will at its own expense:

  • Arrange for a professional towing company to attend the incident with the minimum of delay.
  • Require the towing company to complete any simple repair at the roadside.
Towing
Should the attempt to re-mobilise the vehicle at the roadside prove unsuccessful or impractical, Toyota Eurocare will:

  • Arrange for the vehicle to be taken to the nearest authorised Toyota dealer.
  • If the vehicle needs to be kept in safe storage overnight whilst awaiting recovery, Toyota Eurocare organise and pay for the cost of this storage.
  • Arrange to transport any trailer or caravan (standard 50mm tow ball) being towed by the affected vehicle to the same authorised Toyota dealer.

3 Years Servicing Terms and Conditions:

Eligible vehicles

This offer is limited to Toyota Passenger vehicles sourced only from Toyota Ireland, purchased from a Main Toyota Dealer in the Republic of Ireland. Non-eligible vehicles include Commercial vehicles (Landcruiser, Hilux, Proace, Proace Verso, Auris Van), Hire Drive and Dealer Demonstrator vehicles.

Participants

The party contracting to supply the 3 Year Service Care Pack to the customer is Toyota Ireland. Toyota Ireland sub-contract the provision of the service to a Main Toyota Dealer and/or Authorised Repairer.

Contract duration

The effective valid date and duration of the Contract are specified in the welcome letter. Each service must be carried out within 1 month/1,500km of the scheduled service date as detailed in the service booklet. The Contract shall end automatically without any further notification from either party and without any compensation or refund being due by either Party to the other, either on the expiry of the Contract duration as specified in the welcome letter, or if the mileage on which the regular maintenance operation is exceeded. The maximum number of services that can be availed of is three.

Transfer of the contract

In the event that the customer re-sells the Vehicle to any third party within the country in which the Vehicle has been purchased from the Main Toyota Dealer and or Authorised Repairer, the customer may assign his/her rights and obligations pursuant to the Contract to such third party without notification to the Main Toyota Dealer and or Authorised Repairer.

Provision of the maintenance services

The 3 Year Service Care Pack shall cover the following Maintenance Services: Two Intermediate Service and one Full Service in accordance with the service schedule in your service booklet including required maintenance operations (i.e. labour and service parts) prescribed by the manufacturer and which are explicitly specified in the service booklet for the Vehicle, i.e. the required maintenance operations scheduled at 1yr/15,000km or 1yr/20,000km whichever occurs first, and, for such regular maintenance operations, only those specific tasks and services that are specified in such service booklet.

For the avoidance of doubt, in the event that the customer does not present the vehicle to a Toyota Main Dealer and or an Authorised Repairer for one of the aforementioned required maintenance operations, such non-performed required maintenance operation shall not be replaced by an additional regular maintenance operation (e.g. if the customer omits to present the vehicle for the required maintenance operation if due at 30.000km, he/she shall not be entitled to replace that required maintenance operation by another later e.g. one at 60.000km).

For the avoidance of doubt, any task or service in relation to the Vehicle other than the Maintenance Services shall not be part of the 3 Year Service Care Pack.

The 3 Year Service Care Pack shall not include the following tasks or services:

(1) Replacement of tyres or inner tubes.

(2) Results from misuse or negligence on the part of the customer or any other user of the vehicle whether overloading, excessive speed, use of unsuitable lubricants, fuel and other products. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure tyre pressure, oil level, water level, anti-frost protection, etc. are regularly checked and topped up/maintained as required between the required service schedules.

(3) Bodywork and paintwork, upholstery, work on non-original radio equipment and accessories not originally fitted by the manufacturer, also the replacement of glass.
 
(4) Any repairs that result from accident, theft, fire, vandalism, natural disasters or other causes must be treated as extraneous in the context of normal use of the Vehicle.
