Toyota launches Upgrade to Hybrid for Free With Finance promotion

  • It’s never been easier for customers to switch to self-charging Toyota hybrid
  • Trade In Trade Up Packages of up to €4,500 available
  • Toyota Showtime promotion runs from 6th – 9th June
  • APRs from 2.9%

Toyota has kicked off the 182 sales drive in the run up to Showtime, the national sales event which takes place in all dealerships from Wednesday 6th June until Saturday 9th June by launching the ‘Upgrade to Hybrid for Free With Finance’ campaign which makes it even easier for Irish consumers to switch to hybrid.

Hybrid is going from strength-to-strength with 50% of Toyota’s car sales in 2018 being hybrid. A recent national iReach survey, commissioned by Toyota Ireland, showed that hybrid is now the second most popular car choice after petrol.

And with higher resale values on hybrids, low APR’s and Trade In Trade Up packages of up to €4,500, means it’s never been easier for Irish drivers to make the move to hybrid.

Highlights across the Toyota range include;
  1. RAV4 - €4,500 Trade In Trade Up package, consisting of up to €2,500 Trade in Booster and €2,000 price reduction on the Luna Sport Hybrid. APRs from 3.9%
  2. Auris – Upgrade to hybrid for free (no finance required) with a €3,700 Trade In Trade Up package consisting of up to €2,000 Trade in Booster and €1,700 of free specification on Auris Luna Sport Hybrid. APRs from 3.9%

Michael Gaynor, Marketing Director at Toyota commented:

As can be seen from consumer behaviour in recent months, there is a clear trend with Irish drivers moving towards cleaner motoring solutions and hybrid is a real alternative for them. With greater fuel efficiencies, lower maintenance costs and fantastic 182 offers, now is the ideal time for customers to make the switch to Toyota’s self-charging hybrids.
