An exciting position has opened up with Toyota Ireland After Sales.

Commercial Manager - Toyota Ireland After Sales
Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Manage and motivate a team of 4 people who provide a range of commercial supports to the Toyota Ireland dealer network.
  • Work with the Toyota and Lexus Dealer networks in order to grow the After Sales business through a range of activities and programmes including:
    - Customer retention
    - Workshop performance
    - eVHC
    - Hybrid Service
    - Trade parts
    - Bodyshop performance
    - Accessory Selling Power

  • Manage the pricing strategy for Parts and Accessories for Toyota Ireland to ensure strong profitability at Toyota Ireland and dealer level.
  • Manage the After Sales commercial relationship with Toyota Motor Europe to ensure that required programmes are planned for and implemented in the Irish market
  • Review & analyse dealer After Sales KPIs to guide the strategic development of the After Sales business.  Communicate with dealers on a regular basis to review opportunities for new initiatives and developments in the network
  • Manage a team of After Sales Business Representatives to ensure a high level of support for Dealers and Authorised Repairers in commercial After Sales activities
  • Work with the Marketing Team to develop an After Sales marketing strategy
  • Manage the process to ensure Accessory supply for Toyota Ireland and the dealer network and work with the Sales and Marketing Department’s to increase to Accessory sales in the dealer network
  • Manage the Parts enquiry process to ensure efficiency in answering dealer queries through liaison with Toyota Motor Europe
  • Collaborate with others to develop new initiatives to improve the After Sales experience of customers in the retail network.
  • Work with colleagues to develop and implement a programme to increase customer retention
  • Manage the preparation of budgets and forecasts for Parts and Accessories revenue and profit
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
  • Strong communication, listening and presentation skills
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Third level business qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years business/marketing experience within the motor industry
  • Strong understanding of After Sales KPIs and the ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Financial skills, including the ability to interpret financial accounts for Service and Parts Departments
  • Ability to be persuasive ,  convincing , and competent with a broad range of automotive skills
  • Excellent computer skills particularly in MS Excel and Word
  • Full driving license
